hey

since neet 2019 results are not out we can just predict the cut off on the basis of previous year trends. cut off every year depends on various factors like number of seats, number of candidates and difficulty of exams. as per my analysis of previous year trend for karnataka you cannot get government MBBS seat in karnataka but you can get government BDS seat with 350-360 marks. previous year cut off for general category of karnataka was 512-368 for mbbs and 303-347 for bds. here is a link for individual college previous year cut off of karnataka https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

yes the cut off are expected to increase this year. but don't lose hope.

goodluck.
