The issue of Rural service bond has quite a vast multitude of outcomes. Mostly it differs from state to state. And rather from college to college. In some cases the rural service bond has been dismissed while in other cases (mostly) there's a 2 weeks period during which the bond is applicable only for the subject of Com. Med. Hence it's quite difficult to say about that presently or the existence of the bond 5 years hence.
