Hello blue sky,since jadavpur university is one of the topmost institution in india,so it's demand is always high whether you be a part of home state or other state doesn't matter.Since josaa and csab counselling is coming towards it's end point,so students will look forward for ju spot round,but to be honest the difference won't be much for outside domicile candidates.But yes for home state there can be some changes of +-500 rank not more than it as ju has it's own demand.Hope this helps you
