Will there be any problem with the certificates of present college to join in engineering college through JEE by writing JEE in my 1st year?

There's no problem at all in this. The JEE is independent of the colleges and there's the chances that you'll be get admitted to the different college of your desire.

Your question is not very clear. It seems like you want to take partial drop if i am not wrong. But students do take partial drops and there is no problem whatsoever with any kind of documents. The admission you got now is based on this year's result and next year's result has nothing to do with the previous admission.
Nor do they ask for certificates of your previous college. So dont worry.

If you are applying for JEE mains again in 1 st year and changing your college afterwards I suggest you not to show the previous certificate of your 1st college. As they don't carry any value to your new college. And those certificates are not that helpful to any college admission. The certificates that you got in 10+2 carries value for that college.
