Yes, it will be accepted by the authorities. Aadhar is considered to be one of the ID proofs to be shown.
To be on the safer side, take the colored printout of the E-aadhar which you have.
After the exam is over, try to get the original aadhar (aadhar on a plastic card) for your future references.
