For last year cutoffs for various branches visit https://hbtu.ac.in/ And by seeing last year cutoffs i think if you are having a rank below 35–40k in general category then you can expect a branch upto chemical here. but i think cutoffs can rise this year by some extent. Considering your rank you there is a fair chance that you can get into HBTI KANPUR. So don't missout the registration process. Do participate in the counselling. I hope this helps.
