As you scored 37 marks in GATE 2019, in the final selection process of college Category also matters a lot.
You will get qualified in the exam if you are from O BC or SC/ST category.

If you are from OC category better to give another attempt for GATE and crack good IIT's or a PSU job.

If you are from OBC you may get some good colleges but chances of getting into NIT's and IIT's is low.

If you are from SC/ST category you may get a good NIT.

If you want to do only in good reputated colleges give another attempt.
If you want to do M tech,You will get anywhere and can do M Tech but that does not give value to your degree.so do Masters in a good reputated college like NIT's and IIT's.
