See 432 is bit less for a very good government college. And private colleges do take part in counselling but they take admission on the basis of their rules and regulations. Some have a criteria where they take your ranking into consideration whereas some just give you admission on the basis whether you have qualified the exam or not.
Different colleges have different admission criteria. Wait for the counselling to begin and see what happens.
