Considering the previous year's Cutoff marks , you might get seat in most of the govt college's of Haryana as its a good score enough to fetch you a seat in :-
1. Pt bhagwad dayal sharma post graduate institute of medical sciences.
2. SHKM medical college.
3. Kalpna chawal govt medical college.
4. ESIC , fareedabad.

Dear Himanshu, under State Quota for General Category 486 marks secured a seat in Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Medical College. Going by previous cut offs and and your expectant score, you also have a fair chance at:
Shaheed Hasan Khan Medical College
Kalpana Chawla Medical College
ESI Faridabad
