Hello student,
The chances of securing ECE branch via josaa counselling 2019 is less with 89 percentile in JEE mains. If the seats are available you may get gftis but there is no chance to secure a seat in NITs. It depends on the cutoff of this year which depends on various factors like difficulty level of the examination, number of applicants and a lot more.
