With a rank of 17713 in JEE Mains in General category, would I be able to get CSE in any of the NITs or IIITs?

First of All Congrats!
Yes First Try To clear JEE advanced. If You failed You will easily get CSE IN your Home state NIT.If it is not good or you didn't get it.You will get in any other NITs except Top 3
