According to 2018 cutoffs, with a rank of 9657, you can get ECE at The National Institute of Engineering, SMVIT. You can get EEE at Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore Institute of Technology. You can get a seat at many other colleges too but these are few colleges which can be best for you if you want to pursue ECE/EEE. Please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs. Cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number of students taking the examination, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.
