First of all your marks are good 475/720 which is a good score for NEET. Their is a chance that you get a medical college which is government owned but every year cut-offs vary. giving you a rough figure then their are less chances to get govt. medical college. Last year the cut-off was around 475 marks so their are chances but strong chances are very less. Best of luck.

With a score of 475 in general category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year,  a score of 492 was required to fetch one a seat in the U P rural institute of medical sciences in general category under the state quota and a score of 562 got a seat in North municipal corporation medical college,  New Delhi on general category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
