Hi nayandeep,

I regret to inform you that with such a low score in jee 2019 its difficult for your son to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits with mechanical branch or even any other branch.

Even considering lower nits like northeast nits (nit imphal, nit shillong , nit aizwal) they too have clsing cutoff of their brnaches like metallurgy within 12k to 14k rank for obc category students and for mechanical engineering it goes down to 8k to 9k rank.

Either he should take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any prestigious private institutes.

Or take a year drop for jee 2020.

Hope it helps !!!
