As for the JEE Mains, cutoff for the college's and for JEE ADVANCE will only be declared by NTA after the April exam of JEE MAINS. It's due to the reason that the cutoff will also depend on the second exam as the best of two will be considered before making the rank list. 

You can also give WBJEE, that's   a common entrance examination on May 26, 2019 for admissions to the undergraduate courses in engineering and pharmacy in the state.
