Yeah definitely you will because as you said you have given the 12th in 2017. So with that point of view you are only left out with the single attempt to write both the examination of JEE Mains in 2019 but unfortunately you can't be able to write the JEE Advance examination. So focus more on JEE Mains.

If you have already given 2 attempts that is from 2017 and 2018, thenyou can give only 1 more Atempt as onky 3 maximum attempts allowed.
Had you just apeares for Jee Main once, then in that case you can give both attempts of Jee Main 2019 in January and April.
