As far as my knowledge the Noida campus is the main campus for engineering so definitely if you are getting or choosing this campus it would be better than if you choose Amity University.

Amity School of Engineering is a branch which specialises in engineering and it comes under Amity University. I would recommend to take cse branch in this campus because the it won't be fruitful after four years if you get 4-5L per annum package as your cost of your B.tech would be easily 16-18L .
