Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, no you don't need to fill or submit B.V.P ( Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering ) I.P.U form separately as it is already affiliated with G.G.S.I.P.U (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University )  and if filled form of G.G.S.I.P.U you will easily get admissions in B.V.P as there is centralized admission process and there is no requirement of filling form of colleges separately.

Hi aspirant it was a very good campus having Air Conditioned Classrooms, labs, and library, Wi-Fi, basketball court, Auditorium faculty was Similar to what you would expect in other Engineering Colleges Companies were offering 3–3.5 lac per annum average about 3.4 lac per annum

To start a new course in any  University in the middle of a session is not possible. In that case continuation of the session is studied so far will not be maintained. He or she has to take admission from the beginning of the session on which you want to change of courses. For any course everyone has to start from the beginning of the session that is from the first year of education of the specific course. .

It's difficult to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as

• total number of candidates appearing for the exam
• difficulty level of the paper
• top NEET scores
• reservation
• seat matrix, etc..

however, if we go through last year cut-offs for Bharathi Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune then cut-offs at the end of round 1 and 2 was 372 marks and 370 marks respectively, hence with 438 marks you have good chances.
