For computer science , if we talk about faculty then faculty members are quite supportive and knowledgeable but they do not provide with proper study material and curriculum is not updated . But teachers are helpful and supportive.

Campus placements are Minimum, it depends on your hardwork and potential . there is no proper training and development cell for students. But you can also try for off campus placements.

- GLA University 

Faculties are well qualified and course curriculum is updated and helpful .

Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful but some are not even able to teach properly. But otherwise , teachers use different teaching methods so that students understand the concepts clearly.

Placements are good and are improving with time. Companies like Microsoft, byjus, TCS etc visit for placements. Average salary package goes around 3 lpa. Placement cell is active and helpful and provides training to students for placement interviews. 

So, in my opinion GLA University is far better than Bundelkhand University. But for placements you need to work hard and develop communication skills and potential irrespective of your college.

As you are asked to fill in the minimum marks in the application form of BU, Jhansi, you are to fill in the minimum passing marks of your board. Like it its 33 for CBSE, you can fill 33 in that column. A few boards have different passing marks than 33. Check it with your board and fill the same.

As you have not mentioned the course that you want to take admission in, I'll take you in general:

Application process is generally started in the month of April every year. BU Jhansi offers admission in two categories i.e. through entrance test and on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination.

(a) The university conducts its own entrance test to offer admission in M.Sc (Ag.), LL.M, MSW, MFC, M.Pharm, MASRD and M.Ed programs at PG level.

(b) A valid score in UPSEE is mandatory to secure admission in B.Tech, MCA, BHMCT, B.Pharm & MBA courses.

(c) Students have to qualify in the University Entrance Test to secure admission in LL.B, BA-LL.B & B.P.Ed programs at UG level.

(d) The admission to BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.El.Ed, BPES, B.Com, BA & MA is offered on the basis of marks in the qualifying degree.

(e) B.Ed admission is granted on the basis of entrance test as per the NCTE norms.

(f) The students have to qualify in Common Eligibility Test (CET) to secure admission in Ph.D.

You can do MA Social Work from DU.
Admission to the Department of Social Work is open to both men and women who meet the eligibility criteria in accordance with academic qualifications listed below:

a) Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 year) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.

b) Candidates with B.A. (Honours) Social Work with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University.

c) Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply subject to the qualifications listed above.

Admission will be given on the basis of entrance test and interview.

I don't think it is possible now as you see mid semester had come. If you want to change then wait for next year. See, if you was not okay with this university you have to withdraw it after one month of your admission  as university gives you time to change now i don't think it would be possible . I would suggest to study well  and get good GPA so that you will not face problem in changing college.
