you should surely go for UPES for petrochemical course. This college is better than Chandigarh University. The total fee is around 15 lakhs. Average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. Companies like dell, infosys, IBM visit the campus for recruitment. The infrastructure of the college is very nice.

Yes, you can get admission only and only if you pass the compartment exam otherwise most colleges in India don't accept students with backlogs.

Yes, the selection for MA in English with Communication Studies offered by Christ University is done in three stages, which are:

• Skill Assessment- The skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills, and logical reasoning.
• Personal interview

Eligibility Criteria for admission to B.E courses in Chandigarh Univesity is as follows-

Candidates should have completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects : Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology.

Candidates are required to have secured at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and candidates belonging to the reserved category (SC/ST) should have 45 percent marks in aggregate.

Eligibility Criteria for admision to B.Arch course is candidate should have passed 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks alongwith 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as an compulsory subjects or equivalent.

Candidate must have qualified NATA or JEE Main paper 2.

Well I can draw comparisons between the two campuses on the basis of infrastructure and other academic aspects.

Main campus - It is inside the city which is the biggest advantage. Main campus houses lot of different departments like MBA, Science, commerce, hotel management, law, etc. Student life appears to be busy here. Though you get to interact with a lot of people including the foreign students who get the main campus but the campus is overcrowded. However, there's more exposure and it's easier to do live projects and internship from here.

Kengeri campus - a bigger campus, away from the hassles of the city, more beautiful and serene. Only two departments :MBA and faculty of engineering . This campus offers a right mixture of serenity and academic feel.

Infrastructure wise both the campus are at par.
