Both of these colleges are good jain University and Christ University, Bangalore but I would suggest you to go for Christ University , Bangalore because Christ University have better placement cell and the faculty there is good with better exposure.

There is no age limit in christ university for the  Bachelor of Arts in performing arts, English and psychology (BA -PEP).

This course helps you choose a path which you want to go down; the performing arts training and the platform given to them to showcase their talent is outstanding.

Yes, Christ University does accept ATMA score for admissions but you need to have taken it before May because Christ University will complete all of its admission procedure by April with the publishing of final list.

Also, only those with 70 percentile or above in the ATMA 2019 are eligible for applying.

In christ university for the  Bachelor of Arts in performing arts, English and psychology (BA -PEP) there is no age limit.This is one of the university in india which has no age limit to study BA course.

There are some more  universities in india which offers BA course to study irrespective of Age.

 Procedure for net

It is not exactly clear from your as to what entrance exam you are referring to, but below are the

details for NET exam.

The eligible candidates have to go through NET which is conducted by UGC. The test consists

of 3 papers. They are conducted in two sessions. The first two papers are on 100 marks each and

the third one is for 300.

The first paper is of general nature and it tries to assess the teaching or researching ability of the

candidate It also evaluates the reasoning ability and general awareness. Also tests the divergent

thinking of the candidate and ability for comprehension.

The second paper will consist of questions related to the subject selected by the candidate. papers

will consist of a Test Booklet containing 50 compulsory objective type questions of two marks

each.

Both the papers will be in the form of multiple choice. The details regarding both the papers will

be provided to the candidate along with the admit card.

Paper 3 unline 1 and 2 consists of questions of descriptive nature. It will be based on the subject

selected by the candidate. A space will be provided in the booklet for answering. The format of

paper 2 and 3 has been revised by UGC which is available on their website.

 Placements

Christ university has great record of placements. If not on campus placement then there are many

options for off campus placements as well. Many multinational companies require economists

and data analysts. Every corporation, financial service provider, financial institution, consultancy

firm and public as well as government sector bank have positions for economists, research

associates, research analysts, risk managers, debt managers, budget managers, investment

NOW, Since you are interested in pursuing B.Com., you can take admission in  Faculty of Commerce and Management. As regards for Company Secretary, then it is a professional course regulated by ICSI, a statutory body and no university/college can offer this course. Details about this course are elaborated below.It is a professional course like CA, which is not offered by any college or university. It is a correspondence course regulated by a statutory professional body, the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI). Admission to the CS course is open throughout the year and examinations are held twice a year in June and December. It is a minimum 3 years course depending on how fast you clear your papers.

If you want to join the course after 10+2 pass or equivalent you need to undergo THREE STAGES:

In Foundation Programme you need to appear for all four papers at once. Whereas in Executive and Professional  programme you can appear for examination either for all modules together or for a single module at one time. Admission fee is nominal and has to be paid once when enrolling for a particular programme but examination fee has to be paid everytime you appear/re-appear for your examination.

Qualifying Marks:  A candidate is declared to have passed the Foundation/Executive/ Professional Programme, if he/she secures in one sitting atleast 40% in each paper and 50% in aggregate of all subjects.

After clearing the Professional Programme you have to go through 15 months management training in a Corporate or with a Practising Company Secretary Firm. Once you become a qualified Company Secretary, you can work with any Company or practise on your own.

Christ University Entrance Test results are announced online. Successful candidates will be invited for the next round of admission process which is Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation, and Personal Interview. The final admission will be granted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in written test, Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation, and Personal Interview.

There is no need to be nervous about it.

First of all don’t be scared, just be confident. The Interviewers are very polite, friendly and they might even try to make you comfortable by asking some easy and general questions about you, your hobbies, co-curricular activities, your family background, etc.

Prepare beforehand brief and solid answers for the following types of questions which are asked very often -

why do you want to join Christ university?

why are you choosing that particular course and what is your career aim? etc.  

Also, they will see your 11th/12th marks (whichever you carry) and can ask questions if they are not up to the mark which means below 80–85%.
