According to your category rank range, you might have a chance at this institute but if they consider the common rank you have very slim chances so I suggest keep looking for other institutes and keep your options open for the future.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1000-2000 in SC category and considering the closing rank for SC in the college you have high chances of getting it and if you have the state domicile then it's even better. But you must once look out for the number of seats available if you don't have the state domicile.
