This interdisciplinary field focuses on the design, development, implementation of electrical and computer systems, and preparation of students from a variety of careers in industries such as electrical systems, communications, automation, and embedded systems. The program gives students a strong basis for both hardware and software, allowing them to efficiently solve real engineering problems. This includes core objects such as circuit theory, digital electronics, power systems, embedded systems, microprocessors, and control systems. Additionally, it covers topics related to computer science, such as programming, data structures, computer architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. The program also highlights new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning and renewable energy systems.
Students gain practical experience through laboratory experiments, industry projects, internships and research activities.
