The college has good infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The library has good collection of books and journals, magazines. The labs are working, there is wifi, sports center, hostels, gyms, are available. The living spaces are clean and hygienic food available.

I have done my bachelor degree in education and the teachers were very supportive and high-qualified, teach everything very well. The course curriculum is updated as per the present needs and the study really made me teacher job ready.

The quality of placements at my college is not so good. Though the placement cell is working and the department brings schools and all for hiring students. The salary range is not so high so there is some drawbacks.

The gauhati university anthropology departement has well-equipped labs for physical and cultural studies, library, hostels, sports center. the campus has wifi facility too. The campus is green and spacious, though some lab equipment could be updated for modern research needs.

Anthropology department is really good. You will have diverse experience. Faculty are experts in diverse fields- social, cultural, and biological anthropology. There will be fieldwork surveys, research projects etc. The curriculum is mixed of theory and hands-on experiences, making learning both practical and academically enriching.

There is limited direct placements but the program will prepare students for research, NGOs, other possible related fields. The departments helps students for ugc net and in guiding for academic career paths.

In terms of infrastructure the college has good facilities, infrastructure and equipment. You will find all the necessary things within the campus or nearby the college. It has good laboratories, library, sport center. There is wifi facility at the campus which is a good thing. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.

I'm in my 3rd semester of master of education, till now the interaction with teachers was pretty good they are very good at teaching. The curriculum is also updated and includes all the recent developments. I feel like the course will make me job ready in education field.

As I have not experienced any placements directly but I have heard from seniors it's good. The placements cell is working and tries to bring more companies or organisation in the campus for students recruitment. But mostly it's good for technical courses rather than arts.

As a state university gauhati college has all the facilities and infrastructure. The classroom have good ventilation light, white boards, wifi, but no smart boards. The living spaces are clean nd food is hygienic. They are all used and well maintained.

I completed my Masters degree in bengali and the teachers were good at teaching. if you don't understand any topic you can ask in the class and they actually like it to keep the class engaged. The curriculum was updated and includes all the recent developments.

There is no good placements for our department almost nothing. They provide good placements for mba and all courses and the salary range is okay okay. The placements should work on providing everyone at least a small or big opportunity.

I have done my bachelor of education degree from here being a state university it provides good quality of teaching. I really liked how the teachers interact with students. The curriculum is updated as per current needs.

The quality of placements at our college is average. Some private institutions reach out to hire students. The college is helpful in this manner and it was a pleasant feeling for me learning many new things.

The college has necessary infrastructure, laboratories, library, sports center, etc. All kinds of facilities available which i was not expecting. There are hostels available for students coming from far places. They are all used and well-maintained. the canteen food is good and hygienic also.

My department was economics as i did my postgraduation in Economics, coming from private institutions i was not expecting that good teaching quality but happily i got the best teachers. The course syllabus was upto date and It gave me more knowledge.

The quality of placements is good for technical courses but for our department it was okay okay. the average salary ranges from 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. And there is workshops, and other kind of short training opportunities comes.

Its my 2nd year of joining BEd here, the teachers are highly experienced, and very friendly, and professional. The curriculum of BeD course is updated focusing more on practical learning. The course will prepare you well for being a good teacher.

I am in my 2nd year so have not received any such opportunity yet but I have heard from my seniors the placements is not good, the department does not bring any good company or school for hiring students. and even someone gets its very low package.

This is one of the best university in Assam. Gauhati university has all the things which a student needs for their growth, smart boards, wifi, sports center, canteen, library has very good collection of books, one can find all the books related to their study. the campus is very clean. We also have hostel facility for students coming from far places.

I did my masters from this university. Honestly, the teaching quality is excellent. Some time the classes will be cancelled but mostly it happens. Teachers come from very good educational background. The syllabus gets updated every time.

The placements for our department is very low. only the MBA people gets good placements on campus but they are also mostly marketing based, highest package are approximately 7 to 8 lacs per annum which is good for starting range.

The college has best infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classroom have smart boards, projectors, wifi, sports center. Almost all the necessary facilities are available. The campus is quite big and the canteen food also good. I loved the environment there.

I did masters in Bengali and the teaching quality is very good. The professors are very supportive and they help us for everything. The curriculum is updated. The course opened many opportunities for me. It's helped me to get ready for me phd.

There is placements but very few. Our department didn't get any such opportunity but for technical courses it's really good. So I don't have any idea or information about the percentage of people got placed or their package

Our college lies at one of the beautiful place. The campus is so beautiful. We have all the facilities from good classroom, well maintained library and sports ground. The college building are also simple and good.

The curriculum is well updated with recent bew topics. The professors gives the case studies with the academic syllabus to make us more knowledgable and gain practical world’s learning. Some professors are so good that you will enjoy their classes.

Unfortunately, There is no placements in our college. Most of the students are doing their preparation with the college so after completing college, they would go for full time preparation or maybe post doctorate program.
