IIIT Dharwad will teach you more because it has more courses compared to IIIT Pune and both are rated equally good for faculty,placements and campus ,IIIT Dhawrad CSE fees if 6.30 lakh for 4 years whereas IIIT Pune ECE has 5.50 lakh for 4 years, IIIT Dharwad infrastructure is way better than IIIT Pune but it is said that food of IIIT Dharwad is not that good for both the  IIIT's the average placement lies around 5 lakh per annum and the highest for Pune was around 9 Lakhs per annum for a CSE student in B.Tech . Computer Science and Engineering Branch Students dont face competition from students of Institutes with Higher Rankings, they face greater competition from students with higher Skills and IQ at national level in fields if Software ,Analytics, ML and AI.

My suggestion would be join Osmania or JNTUH Hyderabad CSE since they are more established in technology and being near Hyderabad itself is an added benefit for a CSE or IT Student, and culture your skills from you fresher year itself. Learn Machine Learning and Algorithms, try to bag good internships right from the end of second year besides keeping a good GPA, and no wonder you will be on track becoming one of the best in field.

FAC is private college of Nagaland and known as the oldest college now affiliated with Nagaland University. There is transport facility from the college's i.e., the bus facility. The hostels are pretty good and different for the field you choose and also with a health center in the college.

The college also has facilities for special courses such as NCC, NSS and red ribbon cell. As you know it is degree college so the placement offers aren't there but the curriculum and infrastructure of the college is good. The faculty helps you out in every way and moulds you as good student.

Last year closing Cutoff rank for IIIT Dharwad for Computer Science for different categories are

General Candidate - 43537

EWS Candidate - 54738

OBC Candidate - 61465

SC Candidate - 186096

ST Candidate - 252914

These are the 2019 closing All India Rank rank for different categories.

The Characted accountant course consists of three phases.

1)Foundation course or CPT (Common Proficiency Test)

2)Intermediate or IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course)

3)Final Examination

You can take admission to foundation course directly after 12. It is a short term course of 4-5 month.

After successful completion of foundation course you can register for intermediate course. If you are a graduate then you can directly register to intermediate course even without passing foundation course.

On successfully passing the above two courses and training you can register for final exam.

After you have successfully qualified final exam you are given the C.A certificate.

According to your percentile, your rank will be around 52,140. This is just an approximate rank and you can check it with the help of the formula:
(100- your percentile)869010/100.
Here, 869010 is the number of candidates who appeared in JEE mains January session.

Now, for admissions in NIT surathkal, this year's cutoff are yet to release, but according to previous year cutoff, you may not have a chance. For OBC category, the closing rank was below 15,000 for almost all the branches of engineering.

Hello dear student,

The year of establishment of IIIT dharwad is 2015. If you want to take admission then you have to give Jee main exam and  secure at least 75% marks in class 12th if you are  general category student if you are reserved category student then you must obtain 65 percentage. The ratings are good of IIIT dharwad . Placements are even good but don't expect too much you have to work on your own to get a good placement. I hope this was helpful

Sir your question is not so clear. Please try to be specific. As far as I can understand IIIT dharawah have PhD seatsand one can apply for various subject such as machine learning, data science, etc. Eligibility criteria is that you should be mtech .
