First of all, you have to decide that you want to go for the institute or you want to go for the stream. If you want to study in IIT then you should go for CSE in that case your preference should be Bhubaneswar>Kottawayam>Sri city

If you want to go for stream then your preference should be ECE at NIT PATNA.

IIIT Pune is much better than IIIT Guwahati.

There are many reupdated companies where IIIT Guwahati students got placed with average package of 11.59 LPA.

There are many reupdated companies where IIIT Pune students got placed with average package of 15 LPA.

IIIT Guwahati is far better than IIIT Vadodara.

Some of the companies where IIIT Guwahati students got placed are: TCS, Microsoft, Mojo Networks, Tejas Networks, Cohesity, Wipro, TechJect, UpGrad, Tectards, Zaloni, Fractal Analytics, Neural with average package of 12.5 LPA .

Some of the companies where IIIT Vadodara students got placed are: TCS, Adobe, Microsoft, Amazon, Jio and MathWorks with average package of 10 LPA.

IIIT Pune is much better than other newly opened IIITs. What makes IIIT Pune stand apart is that it doesn't operate inside its mentor college's campus hence has its own faculty. So the college will not face any difficulty after shifting. Moreover, IIIT Pune has its Career Development and Corporate Relations Centre, hence the college is independent when it comes to placements and has shown astounding performance.

Tuition fee is waived for all SC or ST students.

The institute also allows the students to avail outer Govt. and non-Govt. schemes such as Govt. scholarships, scholarships from private trusts and central sector scholarship schemes etc.

According to your percentile, your expected CRL is around 2,40,000 and category rank is near 4500. You have good  chances of getting both branches ( Computer Science and Electronics engineering ) at IIIT Guwahati in CSAB Special round conducted after JoSaa counselling. As the closing category ranks in Josaa last round is around 3500. Fill out the choices carefully according to your interest.

If youre a CS Enthusiast and firm on the Branch, prefer IIITs like Guwahati, Pune, Vadodara, Bhubaneshwar and many others for CSE. Incase youve no such branch interest and are concerned only about Placements, NIT Jalandhar seems a Good Option. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is a public technical and research university.IIT Guwahati has a fully residential campus and is often considered to be the most beautiful college campus in India.

The CVR College of Engineering is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

The College doesn't have good placements on any Engineering branch. Facilities provided are average with faculty members not good enough.
