Now about the Branch that you should pick totally depends on your Interest. Most of the students Pick ECE as this is one the common Branch that most Engineer holds. But to be Honest i would suggest you to go with CSAI. You can expect average package in CSE but I think you will get better package in CSAI, may be not in starting but surely after few years. Go for CSAI. Better to go for CSAI, as future is of artificial intelligence.

As compared to IIIT Lucknow, the department of CSE NIT Patna is much better, the reasons are-

It's new and being mentored by another college; IIIT Allahabad.

Placement of above 6 lakhs is guaranteed for a student of skill level above average at NIT Patna, companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Adobe, etc. recruite graduates every year.

Facilities, faculties, infrastructure and study environment is much better at NIT Patna.

Unfortunately on such OBC rank you cannot get any of the IIITs/GFTIs with any of the branches because closing OBC ranks of last year were like :-

Army Institute of Technology Pune is a good private Engineering College with NAAC A grade, situated in the dighiheel . The total course fee for bachelor of engineering in Computer Science and Engineering (BE) is about 7 lakh in total. According to the students data the placement rate is near about 90% in agreegate . And the lowest salary package is near about 6 lpa and the highest as 50lakhs. Students also get placed in top companies like Google Microsoft Amazon etc, from this course and this college. IIIT Lucknow is a good college with almost every facility, his campus life, faculty, infrastructure everything is just fine, and they also have some real connection with IIIT Allahabad in terms of placements, but you will not be able to get the IIIT Lucknow because your score is not that much enough for CSE and IT branch.

NIT warangal: established in year 1959 this public/government college offers 45 courses. It has great placement, great faculty and infrastructure. An average salary package of 2021 given is about 13 LPA.  The highest package given in of 51.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are dr. Reddys, amazon, intel,oracle, JP morgan chase & co. HP and more

IIIT lucknow: established in 2015 this is a public-private college offering 11 courses. The placements of this college is great ( a little more than NIT), great infrastructure and faculty members. Highest salary offered is 43 LPA and median salary is of 15 LPA. Top recruiters are amazon, google, linkedin, xebia, infoedge

So more or less both the colleges provide great placements, you can choose either of them. See which one you like the more and which one is more beneficial for you.
