As of now, the dates for 2018 session is not released but as per previous year information the online regsitration will be starting in the month of February and it should be over in the month of March itself. In the month of June-July the interviews are held for selected candidates in ISI Kolkata. The proper notification is released on the official site as well with all the important dates mentioned.
After 12th arts you can apply for BCA but there are many colleges where Mathematics & English is a compulsory subjects and in some of the colleges it is not compulsory.

Below is the exam pattern of ISI
1- Group A Questions- MCQ questions in Mathematics at the undergraduate level and in logical reasoning.
2-Group B Questions (Candidates have to choose one section from the given five)- PCB (Short Answers) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics,Computer Science
Engineering and Technology.Question on Mathematics, Statistics and Physics will be of the Post graduate level while questions for the Computer Science, Engineering and Technology will be at B.tech level.
