Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is among the top Universities of India. KIIT has been ranked 16th Among Universities and at 42nd position for Engineering by NIRF. Academically it gives tough competition to others.The course is backed up by renowned faculties, most of the are PhD holders. All the facilities are provided properly. Along with these, the Institute also offers different value added courses like Industrial Visits, Workshops, Seminars, Language Labs etc.
But if we go through the placement record, it is quite impressive for Computer Science and Engineering department. CSE and IT grab the most of the placements in KIIT. More than 100 companies recruit CS engineers from KIIT. Various top notch software companies like Amazon, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, BYJU'S, LinkedIn, Capgemini,  etc recruit CS Engineers with an average CTC of 6 lpa. Amazon offered the highest package which was around 30 lpa.

• For General Rank 1 to 100 ; 1,20,000 INR per annum.
• For rank: 101 - 500: 60,000 INR per annum.
• Toppers (Best Ten) of Central and State Boards : 1,00,000 INR per annum.
• For other courses (law, management etc) every toppers; 60,000 INR

There are many companies that come in campus drive and biggies such as Wipro Justdial HDFC to name a few were in the list. College provides training to the students and send them for internships to different places as per the nature of their course.

The highest package offered is around Rs.10 lakh per annum with an average of Rs.3 lakh per annum. Around 70% of the students gets Placement.

There are many colleges which provide the BCA course which is a three year undergraduate programme.
But according to the college list you are asking about then ITM will be your best option, then MATS and then Kalinga.
This is on the basis of that not only ITM was the first IT University in Raipur but also the fact that the college provides best educational facilities, infrastructure development is far better, many companies offer jobs opportunities, most of the students get placed and also the college provides many courses to the students.
So ITM will be the best choice for you.

As per record amity university offered placements facilities for every student but you must fulfill criteria.They are many reputed companies are recruiting aspirants from this college  and minimum salary package is 3.5 LPA and highest is 15 lpa by previous year record .TCS,infosys ,Axis bank,Induslnd,sophia steria top companies are visited for placement and more then 85% aspirants placed .

ITM university top recruiters companies are samsung,LG,zomato and they provides for every aspirants to participated in placement  but in only graduation course placement is little bit not good and they offer minimum 3.45 LPA salary package and 4.96 highest salary package to aspirants .

As per placement scenario Amity University is good among all but opportunity is also there so accordingly you can decide which one is good .

Overall in all comparison Kalinga University is good, now let me explain you how it comes to be better , in comparison of campus size Shri rawatpura Sarkar University , Raipur is large, but gym and transport facilities are not provided by it so infrastructure of Kalinga University is good, there is good environment of different cultures, faculties are well experienced and fee is 91,000 for B.com which is higher than in second option (54,000) but with respect to the placement opportunities it would be worthy.

Sri Rawatpura Sarkar University and Kalinga university, Raipur both are top rated educational Institutes. Both the colleges provide excellent placements. It is difficult to differentiate them. However, the placement records are better in Rawatpura. But one thing you must keep in mind, at end of the day, Self Study is most important. If you have knowledge, skills, you'll surely get a better platform to showcase your skills.
