Compare to remaining private universities, MUIT is somewhat better regarding getting internships, but there are no placements. If CGPA of students is good, everyone will get good outside opportunities. MUIT has a good reputation outside. If you don't get a seat in IITs and NITs, MUIT is a better option for M-TECH.
MUIT provides a conducive environment with modern facilities and infrastructure to support the academic research and professional development needs of students pursuing biotechnology. Proper Wi-Fi connection, labs with equipment, separate classrooms, the biggest library specialized collection of books journals, etc., the hostel with green surroundings conducive environment to students, proper spacious vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods, Chettinad healthcare center for medical issues. Sports like indoor games, badminton, table tennis, etc.
