The university offers BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes of five-year duration which will further be divided into 10 semesters. Students will have to pay the fees for each semester at the time of NLU Odisha admissions and at the beginning of each semester. At the postgraduate level, NLUO Cuttack offers a 1-year LLM course in corporate law & commercial law and Constitutional law & Administrative law. The NLUO course will be divided into two semesters and candidates will have to pay the fees at the start of each semester.

NLUO Cuttack Seats and Reservation Policy

There are a total of 120 seats in the BA LLB course while 60 seats are being offered in the BBA LLB programme. 14 seats in BA LLB are reserved for candidates who are foreign nationals and NRI candidates, similarly, 7 seats in BBA LLB are reserved for foreign and NRI candidates. Further, the university offers reservations to the candidates domiciled in Odisha along with the general reservation policy of the state for SC and ST candidates. NLU Cuttack Hostel Fee 2024-25
