Amity University, Noida Law Admissions 2025
Apply700+ Campus placements at top national and global law firms, corporates, and judiciaries
Hey Chandni.
No, you cannot do an LLb course at NLU Jodhpur after completion of your graduation. NLU Jodhpur and all the other National Law Universities (NLUs) in the country only provide the 5 year integrated courses of Law like BA LLb, Bcom LLb, BBA LLb etc which combine law with Undergraduation programmes. NLUs do not provide 3 year LLb programmes.
As you have already completed your Undergrad you can take admission in institutes with 3 year LLB courses like Delhi University, GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, Panjab University, Symbiosis Pune, IIT Kharagpur and many more.
Best of luck!
Dear Aspirant,
According to your marks, your rank will be somewhere around 200-300. For NLU Jodhpur, opening rank for Unreserved(UR)(GENERAL) category is around 150 and closing rank is around 350 for the same. Hence there's a high chance that you will make it up to NLU Jodhpur. Best of Luck.

Hello Kanishkakansal
CLAT is a National level entrance examination for getting admission into various NLUs across India.
With your above mentioned rank and NRI quota it's difficult to fetch a seat in NIT Jodhpur but you will easily get admission in HNLU Shimla. I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as you have slight chances of getting NLU Jodhpur that time.

Hope this helps.
Good luck!!
Hello Tejpal
As per their RTI reply, these were the cut-off ranks (Unreserved category) for NLU-Jodhpur: For OBC's it will remain somewhat same or maybe a difference of 30-50.
2016: 438
2017: 407
2018: 376
It is evident that there has been a constant decline in their cut-off. Hence, going by this trend, a rank near 300–370(UR) would be safe to get into NLU-Jodhpur.
Hello Nandini.
Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' cut-off, for 127 marks your chances of getting a seat in NLU Jodhpur are increased. But whether you will be able to do it or not depends on your category and nativity. If you belong to OBC or SC or ST category then you are more likely to get a seat. All the best.
Hello Chandrapal,
Yes, You have very high chance that you can get admission into few NLUs such as PSNLU AP, RMLNLU, MNLU etc. Since Cutoff for these colleges was above 20,000+ AIR Rank. So you have very decent chance to get admission there.
Good Luck.
Hello aspirant ,
A 5-year integrated law programme called BSc LLB is available right after your standard +2 from any stream. Chemistry, biotechnology, electronic devices, and other science topics are covered in the BSc LLB programme before law topics are covered (Civil Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Patent Law, Criminal Law, etc.)
To be accepted into the BSc LLB programme, applicants must fulfil a number of requirements,
Candidates may enroll in a BSc LLB programme if they have completed their 10+2 requirements from an approved board. The majority of elite law schools require applicants from the General/ OBC/ Specially Abled Person categories to have at least a 45 percent grade point average at the 10+2 level, while the requirement for SC/ ST students is 40 percent.
Candidates who have passed their 10+2 exams are eligible for this programme because it is a UG degree. The majority of applications for this degree are processed through entrance exams. Merit-based admission is only used by a few colleges.
However, there are very few universities/colleges that take direct admission i.e through donations. So, it is very difficult for the aspirant to take up BSc LLB without CLAT or any other similar entrance exams(LSAT, SET,LAWCET).
Hello,
Allotment of seat depends on the cut off rank and cut off rank depends on number of seats available, number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc. In 2019 the cut off for NLU, Jodhpur was as follows
Integrated law
LLM
You need to secure the rank accordingly based on your category.
The facilities provided in the academic block are sub par in an otherwise beautiful campus which is ever so peaceful. The football field was designed for drinking and making out. Yeah, it was pretty big and lively yet quiet at the same time.
Yes, the college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities required. There are a lot of sports facilities available. The acad block is well maintained and the classrooms are also very spacious. The hostels are divided into various buildings. The best thing about NLUJ hostels is the single occupancy system of the hostel rooms. From the very first year onwards, a person is allotted a single room which remains same for throughout one's college life i.e., for 5 years.
NLUJ has a sprwlawling 55 acre campus that caters all your needs. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with washroom and water coolers on every floor. The mess is undoubtedly the best amongst all NLUs, giving you the option of more than 100 dishes. The drawback of this is that you have to 'Buy' your food daily as the fee doesn't include the mess charges. The classrooms are spacious and air conditioned with good seating. The Library here is amazing having all resources required.
