Hi Harshit,
There can be technical fault. But it can not be told for sure. It is advisable to contact the CLAT officials. Link given below:

Thank you and best of luck.
Hi Samarth,
It would be really helpful if you mention your category - reserved/unreserved so we can help you better. With your rank, you have a fair chance for admission in middle tier NLU in case any vacancies arise. The Middle tier NLU's vacancies usually fill up till a rank of 2500-3000. A lower tier vacancy fills up till a rank of 4000. But this is only a probability in case a vacancy arises.
Seats are allotted to the candidates as per their NLUs’ choice-preference and based on their rank. In case any seat gets vacant, the preferred NLU on the higher preference of candidate’s choice will be allotted to them automatically.
Keep checking on the websites of all the NLUs, each NLU will release it’s cut off list for vacant seats on its website after CLAT closes its admission, most of the time people are not even aware of this, if possible keep checking everyday at least.
Hope it helps!!

As per your All India Rank you have average chances in Nlu & Secondly about the vacant seats. I can't assure you that you will get a vacant seats because it depends on the total seats & applicants. You can always go for private colleges.

Our library and classrooms are brilliant. There is a lot of space available. Recently, our campus has become denser due to NCR reservations. Wi-Fi quality is down, but it is still good. The food is fine. Sports facilities are also improved gradually.
I study at National Law University, Delhi. My University does have very beautiful infrastructure which is very much satisfied to the students. Its organised well both inside out with all necessary facilities. Libraries have all necessary books . I don't play sports but my college has a perfect field. Matches do held. We have got proper internet connection. Canteen is always hygienic.
The campus, though not very big, is filled with various amenities like free Wi-Fi, Gym, Sports Ground. Apart from that, every hostel room is air conditioned and proper hygiene is maintained all the times.
