Hi Sharma!
Congratulation for your score in NLU.As you belong to General category your mark seems low to get into better NLU's.You can try but you can apply to some other private colleges to get in.
All the best!
Hi dear,
I am here to help you with your question. According to previous years analysis if CLAT marks of general category students lie between 130-150 then there rank lies between 3-148. In that to know CLAT previous year cutoff rank for different NLU please visit the link https://law.careers360.com/articles/nlu-cutoff
But according to experts, this year the CLAT paper is soo easy compared to previous years so there will be a wide difference in rankings so we can't assure but if you could get rank less than 2000 then definitely you will be placed in one of the NLU's.
I hope this will be helpful to you.
All the best.
Thank you.
Hello Utsav,
National Law Universities(NLUs) provide admission to law courses based on CLAT entrance test ranks.
With 77.75 marks and SC category you have some chances of getting top NLUs, while you will surely get all the lower ranked NLUs. The top NLUs you should opt for-
Hope I resolved your query, feel free to ask further questions.
Hello Pranav,
First, the student is given chance to submit their preference list in which you may prefer any college first that you like. Then, if that college is fit for you according to your rank and availabilty of seats, you will get seat in that college. It does not matter if you choose (say) nlu bhopal at first and nalsar as the last preference. You will get nlu bhopal if you have rank accordingly.
Hope this would help you.

Our library and classrooms are brilliant. There is a lot of space available. Recently, our campus has become denser due to NCR reservations. Wi-Fi quality is down, but it is still good. The food is fine. Sports facilities are also improved gradually.
I study at National Law University, Delhi. My University does have very beautiful infrastructure which is very much satisfied to the students. Its organised well both inside out with all necessary facilities. Libraries have all necessary books . I don't play sports but my college has a perfect field. Matches do held. We have got proper internet connection. Canteen is always hygienic.
The campus, though not very big, is filled with various amenities like free Wi-Fi, Gym, Sports Ground. Apart from that, every hostel room is air conditioned and proper hygiene is maintained all the times.
