Your question is not complete, for what you are asking the requirements of study certificates if it is for future courses you can submit the study certificates you have and inform them about your correspondence course becouse for graduation courses you have to pass  12th or equivalent is the criteria so there won't be any problem.

If you belong to Other Backward Caste category you need to get a minimum aggregate of 70% in the reservation category of Backward caste to get admission in BCom LLB course at University institute of legal studies, Panjab University Chandigarh as there is no separate reservation for students belonging to OBC in UILS, PU.

Upon accumulating 50% according to the admission criterion of PU UILS you get an aggregate of 70% which will most probably give you a seat in BCom LLB. If you have any certificate of NCC, NSS etc your chance would increase by 1%. Otherwise, you can take admission through NRI sponsorship but the fee would be comparatively higher.
