Hello,
Yes you can do your graduation in psychology. Psychology is the subject where you have to study the human behaviour, human thoughts and actions. It's mainly about the mental health of human.
Your 12th class subjects are physics, chemistry, mathematics and statistics which are good. Because most university require mathematics or biology or chemistry atleast one in your 12th class. And combination of all subjects are very good. You have already mathematics and chemistry in your 12th. So you will easily apply for BSC in psychology course.
All the best.
Hello,
Visit the official website of PU LLB at https://pglaw.puchd.ac.in/, it still shows the data of the previous year, application form for three years LLB isn't released yet, if it was then it would have been updated in the very same website, and Punjab University conducts its own entrance test, moreover CLAT is not for three years LLB course, it's for integrated law courses for a duration of five years based on 12th educational qualifications, stay updated at the official website mentioned above regarding latest information for the same.

It really depends on your interest. But I would recommend you to go for PMCs because having a background in Mathematics and Physics or Cs and Mathematics or Cs and Physics will really help you to grow in your future in the academic or industrial fields. The area of interdisciplinary subject will increase for PMCs than PCM.
If you are really interested in Chemistry but this is my opinion about the subject combination.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
