Your question is a bit unclear, I don't think you mean to say that you have to produce 1st and 2nd standard study certificate for PU counselling because they don't ask you the certificate of that much year old. I don't see why would they ask it, they are hardly relevant.

If your rank in the waiting list for admission in UILS Chandigarh is first, then you seem to have sure shot chances for admission in the Chandigarh campus in the second counselling. Because if we consider previous year trends there are almost always vacancies after the first counselling. And in total there are 7-10 counsellings on any vacancies due to anyone leaving a seat or maybe if any other category seat gets converted to general category. And Considering that your rank in 1st in the waiting list you seem to have great chances that you'll get admission in the 2nd counselling.

We understand you concern. Please note that most of the times there should be no problem in laminating your marks card after they have been signed my all the authorities as it is the best way to protect these important documents. If your college has a problem with that, just explain to them as it is impossibe to remove the lamination now. All the best!

As till 2019 session, the seats for bpt is filled on the basis of a candidates 10+2 marks + different or separate bpt entrance exams held by different colleges.

So, you can get admission even directly on the basis of your 10+2 marks in many colleges.

Or, you can check out the list of colleges which are accepting the kea score card for bpt courses too.

Hey preetisaini I want to know if you've written the PU LLB entrance exam?  You've to get qualified and then only you can avail doing LLB in evening classes at PU. Hope this helps you!
