Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time three/six-year Doctoral program and it is offered by Shiv Nadar University. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.


Eligibility Criteria

A Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related disciplines with overall marks of at least 60% (or equivalent grade). Please enquire in case you are uncertain about your eligibility for any reason. Candidates who have qualified for CSIR-UGC NET-JRF, GATE-JRF, JEST or NBHM Fellowship are preferred.

Admission Details

Selection of the Ph.D. program is based purely on the performance in the admission test and interview.
