Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Law shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by Swaminarayan University, Kalol.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidate with post-graduation degrees awarded by college/University recognized by BCI (Bar Council of India) are eligible for enrollment for Ph.D. course in the department of law
