Gujarat University Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Gujarat University Ahmedabad offers admission to UG, PG, and doctoral programmes. GU Ahmedabad admission to UG courses is based on merit. Gujarat University admission to MCA programme requires the Gujarat PGCET scores, whereas the GU admissions to other PG courses are done based on the qualifying examinations and the merit list by the admission committee. 

GU admissions to PhD courses are based on merit along with the performance in personal interviews. Gujarat University Registrations 2025 

• Visit the official website of Gujarat University - gujaratuniversity.ac.in.

• On the home page click on the ‘Admission’ tab.

• Students can select if they want winter or summer admission.

• Select the desired programme you want to apply for.

• Now click on the ‘New Registration’ option.

• Read all the instructions given on the screen carefully, and click on the ‘Next’ button.

• Now, fill in all the required details such as phone number, email address, complete address, date of birth, etc, and submit it.

• Candidates will now receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. Upon successfully completing the registration process, candidates will receive the registration number and other details on the email and phone number.

• Now login again using the same registration number, serial number and pin.

• Now, enter the other details and previously qualified exam details.

• Upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

• Candidates who are applying for the PG programme also need to upload their UG mark sheet.

• Candidates now complete the choice-filling process by selecting their course and selecting at least one college.

• Once the GU admission form 2025 is completed save the form and take a printout of it for future reference.

Gujarat University Application Fee 2025

There is no application fee for Gujarat University admission in 2025. However, candidates are required to pay a security fee of Rs 5000 after completing the Gujarat University admission form 2025 in case the documents still need to be submitted in original. Rs 500 are deducted from the security deposit and the rest amount is returned after submission of documents. Candidates can pay the security fee in online mode using net banking, debit card, credit card, etc.

Gujarat University UG Course Admissions 2025

The university offers a total of 9 courses at the UG level for the duration of 5 years. Departments offer centralised as well as individual admission to the courses. Students must fulfil the eligibility criteria and check the GU Ahmedabad seat intake for UG courses.
