According to expected cut off for B.com. group in Allahabad University , your admission chances are very rare . But you must need to wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling . But your admission chances are very rare in main campus and affiliated college to . You need to apply for some other university and state colleges .

But your admission chances are very rare . As you are from unreserved category , you can also claim admission under ews category . But your admission chance's rare.

It would be difficult for you to get admission in Allahabad university for B.A LLB, since you have got 162 marks in the entrance exam and the cutoff is 176.40 marks and above. Also there is no reservation for EWS category in this course.

The cutoff for Allahabad university for the course of B.Com for general category is 184 marks and above. Since you have got 162 marks in the entrance exam, it is unlikely you would be able to get admission in the main campus of AU.

You have not mentioned your category in which you got 121.60 marks in the B.Sc Bio for allahabad university entrance exam. Here are all the final round cutoffs for B.Sc Bio in AU - 

General - 154 marks and above

SC - 125 marks and above

ST - All ST candidates

OBC - 144 marks and above

You will most probably get your transfer certificate back, if you have applied for counselling but do NOT wish to take admission in the college. However, note if you do take admission in the university, you will not get your transfer certificate back.
