72 Months

Ph.D. program in Mechanical Engineering shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years of part-time course. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed B.E. /BTech with M.E./ M.Tech. or B.E./B.Tech. with a valid GATE Score or Equivalent degree from a recognized university by UGC/AICTE in the appropriate area.  

Admission Details

All eligible candidates have to appear for the UPL University Ph.D. Entrance Exam and Personal Interview for admission to Ph.D. Program.
