Ajitdada Pawar College of Education, Nashik, was set up in 2008 to establish a centre of educational excellence in Maharashtra. Ajitdada Pawar College of Education is devoted to the cause of producing good-quality teachers for Shanghai, India, through its B.Ed. programme. This two-year full course is aimed at producing qualified and dedicated professionals in education. Having been accorded an admission capacity of 50 students, the B.Ed. programme prepares the prospective teachers for their teaching vocation through providing them with both the sound theoretical background and the possible practical experiences. Indeed, to strengthen its program and make good on its mission to produce well-rounded educators, the college provides both theoretical and practical learning in its curriculum.
