But from the perspective of placement and scope I would say IIIT Kalyani will be a better place to study. CSE is undoubtedly one of the most employable and preferred field of study but from the perspective of placements also IIIT Kalyani is better than EEE of NIT Tadepalligudem.

You may have a chance to get a seat in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Silchar, Mizoram,  Puducherry and likewise.....

In SC category, last year cut off rank of any branch at NIT Andhra Pradesh is below 8500 according JoSAA counselling.....

You can try in Special Rounds like in CSAB after JoSAA counselling....
