For the rank you have secured in AEEE you have few chances to get Admission at Amrita University , Bangalore. As there are only 120 seats alloted for CSE. You have few chances. The CSE is best at Amrita Bangalore. The labs are well equipped. The systems are updated and uses latest software os. The faculty are well experienced and best. Most of them are doctorates. The tution fee is around 8 lakhs for 4 years. The hostel facility is provided to both the boys and girls. The hostel fee is around 1.36 lakhs per year. The highest pay package is 13.7 lakhs per annum and the least pay package is 2 lakhs per annum. Hello candidate.All the colleges you have mentioned are better in their own way.Compared to other colleges Presidency University is better in all the aspects.The college has good environment and infrastructure.Also the faculty here are well experienced.Computer Science Engineering(CSE) is a branch of engineering which deals with programming and is software side.So better go with Presidency University for bright future.

Only on the basis of scope in the near future Computer Science Engineering is the best. Both Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering are good options but Electrical Engineering is a core branch so it has its benefits over Electronics and Communications branch.

It take four years for you to complete ,by there final year you can hope good placements too.

After the coming of neet,There is no medical college in india which takes admission on any other basis than neet marks.NTA has made need an all India examination compulsory for admission into any medical college whether private or government. 

Without net you cannot get a medical college.So you would have to qualify neet if u want to pursue your career in medicine.ALL THE BEST!!
