The qualifying score for unreserved category in NEET 2018 is 119 which is a fall from 2017 when the qualifying score was 131. 

For unreserved category NEET marks cutoff for 2017 in government colleges in Kerala ranged between 583 ( TD Medical College, Alleppey) to 608 (Govt Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram). If we take last years cutoff as a benchmark you may not be able to get a seat in the government colleges, however due to the fall in the qualifying marks between NEET 2017 and 2018 , the cutoffs may go down a bit and so you may have a slight chance. You definitely have high chances of getting into good private colleges and deemed universities.

You may have chances for admission to government colleges under state quota. first of all i would like to tell you that AFMC has a higher Cut off and rises every year but according to this year result it would remain same or less 

last year it was Boys=600 marks

girls=570

so for you if its 550+ then start preparing for ssb(service selection boards) as i am one of ex nda caded i will guide you if you have any queries to the ssb selection procedure or tips you can always ask me or any member of career360 they will defenitly help you.

The seats for year 2019 will be filled after the exam - NEET PG 2019. 

Armed Forces Medical Services will admit candidates for Post Graduate seats in various institutes for the session starting in 2018 on the basis of NEET PG 2018.

The cutoff marks varies category (Boys & Girls) wise, As per the last year AFMC cutoff was 570 for boys & 600 was for the girls shortlisted scores for the further rounds.

For AFMC:

The cutoff has a range of 480-540 for boys and 520-560 for girls. For boys there are almost 100 seats and girls have almost 25 seats.
