It's admission through AIQ counseling by MCC after registration process based on score particular number of students are shortlisted and called further for other tests and interview round. After all these final merit list are declared.
There are total of 150 seats in which 115 are reserved for boys candidates and 30 for girls candidates and 5 for foreign nationals.
Cut off for Gen category candidates in AFMC pune was
In 2020
Boys -617 marks
Girls- 638 marks
In 2019
Boys- 590 marks
Girls -610 marks
Sc/St category cut off marks are also above 550+ marks.
So as you are girl candidate your expected score must be around 625-630+ in NEET 2021.

Candidates have to appear for NEET UG Entrance Examination and obtain a valid score. After that candidates have to register and apply for AFMC, Pune on the DGHS website (www.mcc.nic.in). In the official website of the college you will find the link for applying. Then depending on the NEET score candidates will be shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for screening at AFMC, Pune where they will be called for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination.

The procedure of getting admission in ARMED FORCES MEDICAL COLLEGE popularly known as AFMC is very easy.
Firstly you need to give the pre medical entrance exam that is the NEET conducted by the National testing agency of India. It is a national level multiple choice examination which includes the syllabus of class 11th and 12th.
After clearing NEET you need to apply for admissions in AFMC via their official website. If your marks are in the range then you will have to give interview and also a physical test. After clearing all these you are admitted into it.

As you have tagged Armed forces medical College,pune in your question so you must asking for the cut off for SC for this particular College.
There is Reservation only for SC/ST category candidates. Ten seats out of 145 are reserved for SC/ST candidates fulfiling following criteria.
(a) The SC/ST candidates must have applied for AFMC, Pune and also qualified in the NEET UG – 2020 written examination.
(b) If shortlisted and called for screening at AFMC, they must come within the first 500 in the final combined merit list of boys and girls.
(c) They must fulfil all other conditions/standards, as applicable to non-SC / ST candidates, like age eligibility, academic qualifications, medical fitness, etc.
(d) These reserved seats will be in addition to any vacancies secured by SC / ST candidates on the basis of their position in the merit lists.
(e) In case of any SC / ST girl / boy, admitted against reserved vacancies the number of girls / boys to be admitted against the general seats will be reduced correspondingly.
(f) All such candidates will have to sign a surety bond on the same lines and on the same conditions as Non-SC / ST candidates.
although there is no such cut offs for SC category is realised by AFMC. They realise overall cut off marks for boys and girls which was 617+ marks for boys and 637 marks for girls.
Girls cut off goes high because of low number of seat available for admission.
