Admission process Degree wise 

B.Ed Special Education Mental Retardation: The Arpan Institute offers this two-year intensive training program. The size of the intake capacity is given as thirty students. Admission to this program is given on the basis of merit as well as the academic performance of the applicants in their previous qualifying examinations.

D.Ed Special Education Mental Retardation: This is yet another full-time two-year program that the institute offers and shares its intake capacity of 30 students with the other program. This course too adopts the merit-based process of admission and is evaluating the academic credentials of the applicants.

Both programs are devised to nurture knowledge and skills desired in a person who works with individuals having mental disabilities, the admission to which is purely on merit. The merit-based students are recognized by merit for their academic credentials and passion for special education.

Diploma in Education (D.Ed) Special Education Mental Retardation is a two-year full-time diploma programme. MDU Rohtak hasn't released the application form for admission in D.Ed course yet. It should have been released by now but may be due to Covid-19 they have delayed. However the application forms will be out by the end of August month.
