- Boys Hostel
The College has a limited hostel facility which is available only for children residing outside Rohtak city. Arpan has Boys hostel having facilities for 10 children each. Hostels provided home-like facilities, hygienic food.
- Girls Hostel
The College has a limited hostel facility which is available only for children residing outside Rohtak city. Arpan has a Girls' hostel having facilities for 10 children each. Hostels provided home-like facilities, hygienic food.
- Library
The College has a modern library stacked with a large collection of books of the different spectrums, journals, and periodicals is made accessible to facilitate the scholastic development and achievement of students. Besides serving the conventional purposes, the Library is also a "resource center" especially catering to the future career needs of the young learners. The library provides the students with the latest books. It has got books on special education, general education and allied subjects.

Hello,
Diploma in Education (D.Ed) Special Education Mental Retardation is a two-year full-time diploma programme. MDU Rohtak hasn't released the application form for admission in D.Ed course yet. It should have been released by now but may be due to Covid-19 they have delayed. However the application forms will be out by the end of August month. I am providing you the link of official website, keep checking regularly for updates.
