Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba Degree College, Tadikonda Admission Process

Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba Degree College offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in commerce, arts, and sciences. The college follows a merit-based admission process for most of its programs and is committed to providing quality education. The college generally begins the admission process in June or July each year.

  • Undergraduate Programs (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc.): Admission is based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination.

  • Postgraduate Programs (M.Sc. Chemistry): Admission is through the Acharya Nagarjuna University Common Entrance Test (ANU CET), held in June/July. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree to apply for M.Sc. Chemistry.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate Programs: Completion of 10+2 from a recognized board.

  • M.Sc. Chemistry: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Application Process:

For Undergraduate Programs (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc.):

  1. Obtain the application form from the college office or download it from the official website.

  2. Complete the application form with personal and academic details.

  3. Attach the following documents:

    • 10th and 12th mark sheets

    • Transfer Certificate

    • Conduct Certificate

    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

    • Passport-size photographs

  4. Submit the completed form and documents to the college office before the deadline.

  5. Pay the application fee as prescribed by the college.

For M.Sc. Chemistry:

  1. Register for the ANU CET conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University.

  2. Appear for the entrance test in June/July.

  3. After the result, obtain the application form from the college.

  4. Complete the application form and attach the following documents:

    • ANU CET scorecard

    • Bachelor’s degree mark sheets

    • Provisional certificate

    • Transfer Certificate

    • Passport-size photographs

  5. Submit the form and documents to the college office.

  6. Pay the application fee as specified by the college.

The selection process for all programs is primarily merit-based. For undergraduate programs, the merit list is based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. For M.Sc. Chemistry, the selection is based on the performance in the ANU CET and academic record.

  • B.A. - Economics, History, and Political Science (Telugu Medium):

    • Seats: 60

    • Eligibility: 10+2 completion

    • Selection: Merit-based, based on 10+2 marks.

  • B.Com:

    • Seats: 60

    • Eligibility: Completion of 10+2, preferably with Commerce and Mathematics.

    • Selection: Merit-based, based on 10+2 marks.

  • B.Sc. - Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science:

    • Seats: 30

    • Eligibility: Completion of 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science.

    • Selection: Merit-based, based on 10+2 marks.

  • B.Sc. - Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry:

    • Seats: 24

    • Eligibility: Completion of 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

    • Selection: Merit-based, based on 10+2 marks.

  • M.Sc. Chemistry:

    • Seats: 30

    • Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    • Selection: Admission through the ANU CET, based on entrance test performance and academic record.
